Just another gas station ripping off their customers.
I went to the gas station with just below 1/4 tank. I figure that I had at a minimum, 3 gallons left. I filled my tank and it registered that I had pumped 25.194g @ $3.859pg for a total of $97.22 (which actually adds to 97.20). Here's the stumper. I only have a 25 gallon tank. So even thinking that I got a great price on gas, they got me back for charging me for an extra 3 gallons or so, which I can live with, but if they are doing this for every 25 gallons pumped, they should be criminally charged.
I do understand that the gas stations are not making as much money as they may have in the past, but the consumer should know what they are getting before they actually get ripped off.
