Here is what happened. I was two months away from my lease to from being completed, I went to Gunther Volkswagen and they told me with them having such a great promo with the sign and drive that I wouldn't have to worry about any fees with the trade in of my lease. So this was my first lease I ever owned, So this is what dealer told they would do, The would pay for the last payments I owed and the over the mileage, they did do that, but then I was billed for a missing key and excessive wear and tear and then there claiming I had dents on my car and one of my rims scratched up. When I turned in my car I didn't have any of these Items and I certainly didn't sign anything saying that my car had this sort of damage.
Well today I went to the dealer and approached the salesman that sold me the car and he says I remember this transaction very well, and yes I do remember telling you it would betaking care of, well I showed him the bill and he said hold on I will be back in 10 minutes, He came back with a different tune saying well the only fee we will pay for is the missing key, I told no, that's not what we agreed upon. SO then he brings his manager over and his manager says look at your contract we did our part and then I told him that's not so true because the form I signed regarding early lease turn in also stated excessive wear and tear, now that can't be in the contract because neither you and I didn't know yet because the car wasn't inspected. So therefore he got up after I told him you have scammed me. I then asked him for his business card he wouldn't provide me with one, so I am now waiting to speak with the owner, I spoke with corporate in regards to this matter, we will just have to see how loyal is Volkswagen with there customers, especially a repeated one.
