CPS has stupped to a new low in collection calling, First off Iam currently late on my payment. They today 9/11/08 called my cell phone 21 times in a matter of an hour, even after they were told it was a cell phone and to quit calling it! They then proceeded to call my wifes cell phone six more times while she was at work!!! Oh and it getts even better, I come home from work on lunch, and my neighbor who I have yet to meet personaly tells me that this company CPS called him and gave him my info and Made a False claim that I was the EX-Boyfreind of his wife and used her as a reference on my credit app for fianancing my vehicle with them. My neighbors wife I find out tonight is 66 years old I'm 45. Needless to say I have now met my heighbor and we are going to pursue legal action.
