Their 30 days unconditional money back guarantee is totally bogus. I have been trying to get my deposit refund for nearly 6 weeks and still have not seen a dime. After numerous email and phone calls, I had to submit a credit card dispute with my bank — hopefully my bank will have better luck than I do. These Continental Warranty people are nothing more than cons artists. Stay away from them!!! You have been warned!
There are many other credible extended warranty businesses out there. Please do your diligent research to avoid the unnecessary headaches.
