What a Ripoff, this company is they have got me for about $300.00 so far, and wont give me a refund on the junk products that I bought from them online. I bought a new grill and floor mats for my truck, well when they arrived the floor mat had a rip in it, and the grill was not the grill in the picture on their web site, and didnt even fit my truck.
I emailed them, they said they would contact UPS about the insurance for the mat. They would not say anything about the grill, I had to send it back UPS and that cost me another $18.00. So they send me another email saying that they want me to send them pictures of the damaged mat, so I did. Then they send me another email saying that they are having another mat made for me. I emailed them back saying that I did not want another mat until the issue with the grill was resolved.
About a week later the UPS guy shows up with a package for me, A new mat, what a supprise. Well after inspecting the package, which had a huge rip right through the box, and could see the contents, I refused the package, the UPS guy said he didnt blame me for not taking it in that condition.
So as it stands now usspeed Inc. Has been paid for 2 floor mats at $134.95 each, and one truck grill at $129.95. I have recieved a ripped mat that UPS paid the insurance on and they dont even want to come and pick it up from me. So I have nothing for right around $300.00. What a Deal! I guess my next move is to contact the B.B.B. And then the Georgia State Attorney Generals office. Anybody with any ideas on how to get my money back, please reply.
