Ipped me off $1100, had no safety check, and ruined my bank account, and ruined my credit. I never got my plates for my car.
Carrage motor company ripped me off $1100 first $600 for additional down payment and another for $500 for an alarm that was never installed. I paid $1400 down and another $600 in two weeks, they got me financed with wachovia but then asked for another $600 to get me finaced through Chase so they could make more money. They deposited a check they were supposed to give back to cover the additional $600 they demanded making a total of $2600 down. They told me they had to lower the price of the car to get me finaced but never did. The alarm was never installed. They put over 25 inquries on my credit and my wifes making it impossible to get any other credit. And they sent me tags for my car with no plates. Ken the "manager" will not return my calls and everyone else said it is over thier head and we would have to talk to him. It has been two mo with no resolution. They were VERY rude to my wife and myself. The back windows has no wiper and the middle seatbelt does not work. The repir shop manager said it was not safty tested there but another one of thier stores and he would not do anything to fix the saftey inspection that failed.
I want them to return my additional $600 down payment, refund my $500 for the Alarm, Fix the seatbelt and window wiper. Do a full saftey check. Give me the plates from the DMV, take the inquries off my credit, call my wife and apologies. Give me a letter stating they deposited the check without authorization. Not treat people like crap as soon as they sign the purchase agreement.
