They crushed my guitar and wont pay for it

On might 25 i flew again from madrid on british airways, reached poor, and observed my guitar case was crumpled. The BA table was shut. I fed up with awaiting them to available and searching for anyone to assist me and went house, named the BA 800-number immediately, and was informed to document a online and did. I was handed a guide quantity and informed I Would be approached by mail. 6 months later I get a message from PETE TAMBURELLO informing me they'll connect. Four weeks later I get a contact from PETE TAMBURELLO with directions that we adopted; send related files. 5 months later I get a contact saying I've to obtain a home irregularity statement - I contact the BA 800 number, they declare my online guide number may be the same number. Today PETE TAMBURELLO emails to express with no home irregularity statement in the airport at poor or they wont recognize the state. The clerks at poor wont provide me a record type or quantity since I curently have a web-based guide quantity and since it has become july and never may. It's august and english airways hasn't taken care of my crushed guitar! Don't fly with british airways with musical instruments!
