Cacel account i have tracking #

I cacelled my emusic account several months ago, even though i was give a trackig number #489709 i am still being billed, i would appreicate any help. And of cource my money returned, i have tried to go directly to the source to state my case but the ohone number give is no longer in service. Does anyone have the new number?
