We placed a 6thousand dollar order, which was promised within 5 days. Two weeks later, we still don't have our complete order. And when we ask for tracking numbers, we get the run around. They didn't have things on the order that they should of, and then want to charge us for them not adding it on there.
Even after two weeks of not having what we were promised, they wouldn't even comp the 40 dollar part they didn't add onto the order. Even store manager said we'd have to talk to assistant store manager to get it straighted out. They wouldn't stand behind us what so ever.
We don't have the parts and no way to even know when they are coming. And the worst part is my husband used to work for them. We know first hand that they treat their employee horrible and have alot of broken promises, but didn't expect it to be that way as a paying customer.
