When i bought this car it was in march and i noticed that my car was over heating and my ac was not working. I then took it back under warranty and they said that the condenser was bad so they replaced it. I told the manage that it was the compressor not the condenser. He then told me to drive it for a while if the problem occurred once more to bring it in. So then it did the compressor burned out so i had to a shorter belt in order for my power steering to work. So when i took it in he said my warranty was up and he couldnt do anything for me. I was so ticked of. He said for me to talk to the account agent so they can help me with payments in order for me to put up the money for the repairs. Now what kind of customer service is that. Im still driving with no ac with a burned ac and a shorter belt. I called the repair facility that they told me to contact and he also gave me the run arround. So i told him then i should by the compressor and Install it myself cause obviously your company dont want to help me in any way, shape, size or form. I had to drive my pregnant sister at the time in my car with no ac in Florida it gets really hot and I also had to drive my mother that was here on Vacation from
New York. I recommend no one to buy a car from drive time. I talked to a sale s agent about the problem and he told me that it true that they are having problems with the cars and warranty. Im still making payments on this car. I emailed the local news with the problem that i have and got no response. If there is any that any one can do for me or share please do so. I'm so stressed out.
