My wife and I purchased a 2005 dodge durang on 6/19, We purchased the durango from Robert (sales), Before we arrived home the check engine light came on. We immediately informed Robert and he said not to worry that he will fix it, Within a couple of days the Durango had trouble with reverse. We couldn't even back out of our Driveway. I then again informed Robert he told me to bring in and they would check... Juan in Service checked it and said he would order a part, I then again informed Robert and spacifically asked him if he was just stalling until the 3 months or 3,000 miles was up. He said no and told me not to worry again. I took the durango to Frontier Dodge and the told me they could fix it, I called Robert again and he said to bring it to him on july 28. When i took it to him he said he would fix it, Three weeks later when Frontier said they would fix it Robert and Tri United wanted me to pay the bill, My point is Robert gave my wife and I a verbal promise that the durango would be fixed. If I knew that buying a extended warranty would entitle me in being responsible for fixing everything that was broken before I bought it I would have not purchased it. I want to return the vehile because it will not even go in reverse.
