CPS has call my Landlord, my Job and my family members and told him that I was behind two months with my car note and that I owed $719.00. I keep receiving harassment calls and voice messages from them concerning my financing. The Customer Service agent told me she was sick of having to calling me. They would leave derogatory messages on my Managers voice mail, telling him that I was late with my care note and such.

I have filed a compliant against them with BBB because I know they are not suppose to tell any one how much I owe nor give out any personal information concerning my financing with them. I lost my JOB and right now I am only 39 days late and I told them I would be able to pay it on the 30 of this month. I was told that is not there problem and I need to pay July and August pay now. I have started saving all the nasty voice mails I keep receiving 5 to 6 times a day.

They are so unprofessional and out right just nasty. I wish I knew about this company before I signed my contact, I would have told them to Kiss My A*.
