My name is monika cayson & i'm from columbus georgia. I closed a contract with pointe pest control on may 22 pointe pest-control maintained our top & backyard and the interior of my house the same time. I had been told they could be in july todo the following support. On july 15, i had been in the yard once the pointe pest control vehicle reached my house and that i talked for the child and show him that it wasn't a great time because we're on our solution of town which he must return a later day. He claimed that we'd a telephone call in the office in alabama the night before to verify the appointment. We didn't obtain a phone, an email or other things. Next, we set an appointment for july 26 and i had been told the alabama office would call me the night of july 25 to verify the appointment. Prior to the guy left our house i ensured, he'd my home and cell telephone number. Again no-call, an email or other things. Subsequently i get a notice within the mail declaring that i owed on my account to get a september support, which we didn't obtain, which my account has become more then 10 days overdue. How am i likely to buy anything i did so not obtain? I subsequently called work in alabama, (205) 682-2880 and told him my situation and concerning the letter i obtained concerning the past due consideration. He re scheduled the appointment for august 9. As-usual, used to do not obtain a ask august 8 to verify the appointment. Today it's august 9 and that i am sitting here creating you this page at4:49 pm. I named the pointe pest-control al office and discovered the appointment was apperantly not within the computer which i still owe for that july bill. Once more we didn't possess a september support.
