This Is Actually The toughest support I've ever endured. I called on Sat. To arrange a vehicle. I discussed that I had been hiring an automobile since my vehicle was requiring restoration which used to do not understand how extended the fix might consider. The client support representative didn't clarify when I did so switched the vehicle in eariler I'd need to spend an earlier return charge. After I got towards the airport I then found out when i delivered the vehicle early there will be a $15 charge. I subsequently informed the worker used to do not believe this was reasonable because the concerns individual hadn't described this. She subsequently mentioned that she was informing me today which it had been about the contact. This barely was useful subsequently since I have had previously attended the airport to obtain the rental vehicle. She turned rude and that I didn't enjoy her perspective. It was a terrible experience. I also believe this really is scam since NO BODY explained at that time of the reservation the early return of the vehicle might need an additional charge. DON'T RENT FROM THRIFTY - I never can again.
