The car, which was said to be able to make a 200-mile trip, broke down within a few miles of the dealership where I bought it. "Thank God I have a warranty, " I thought. Although any reputable car dealer would have refunded the money immediately or would tow it to a repair shop. (The owner, Ron, disclosed that his mechanic had no clue on how to deal with this problem, a clutch!) Then Ron said that he was not about to honor the warranty! We were stranded 200 miles from home, and the dealership would not help out in any way. Now we are out $3,380 plus Repairs, hotel and travel cost! Shame on you guys. Do the right thing and refund our money or repair the car.
