Thorton Superchargers
The company is lying about their product. You only get part of what you pay for

This is an unusual type of rip-off to me, but still it's a rip-off to watch out for when it comes to buying a product online. Especially if you're into the racing scene like I am. Www.electricsuperchargers.net is their website. They claim you get a supercharger, boost controller, an ECU chip, and instructions on how to hook everything up. They even have an FAQ forum in their website. All of this is a fake. I'm pretty sure the FAQ posters are their own people working for this operation.

So anyway, I bought the product for $115.00. It took them a couple of weeks to send what I paid for to me.By the time I recieved the product, it was nothing more than a small box which my guess weighs only 1/2 a pound. I opened it only to find a plastic piece with a fan & an electric motor with two wires coming from the device. No boost control, no ECU chip, and no instructions! Nothing! Just this plastic device is all I got. The part has the "attwood Turbo3000" logo on it. No Thorton logo is on this product. I didn't try the product out yet, but I'm pretty sure there is no way in hell this little motor with a fan on it can produce up to 8psi to your engine as their ad claims this product can do.

I made two attempts to call the company, but no one answered. I even e-mailed them. Still, no reply on the e-mails nor the phonecalls I made to them. This is indeed a scam that is going on. It's a big one! They're being talked about all over the internet & most of the comments about the company selling this product is not very good. I've seen a lot of negative comments about their company, which is something I should have done from the start. I made one more phonecall, but I couldn't leave a message because the answering machine says the mailbox is full. Lol. I take it he's got a lot of pissed off people on his hands now.

I also did a search on this product on e-bay. I typed in "attwood turbo 3000" Oh boy...! Lmao. Turns out this product is no more than a blower motor for a boat. Plus this product on e-bay is way less than what you pay for at this site (at least $12.00!). Plus it doesn't say anywhere at all that this product is for a car! It clearly says it's for a "boat"! Thorton is also not anywhere on e-bay. Yeah..! Definitely a rip-off big time! Looks like this company has their own scam operation going on here. This maybe a guess, but it's clear to me what is going on here. It looks like this company is getting their product from e-bay & selling the product (which they claim is a Thorton product) to other customers for much more than what the company paid to get the product.

This is why in this crazy world in the future of today, before you buy it, look into it first. Don't buy anything from a website online unless you have the knowledge of knowing what you're getting into first, or knowing it's a lagit site to buy from. Because chances are, it might be just someone just trying to scam you out of your money like this guy from Thorton did to his other victims.
