Toyota engine parts were ordered via the internet - they were received and installed and failed - clearwater clinder head tried stating they had not received the parts however i had ups tracking info and names of the signor - thereafter clearwater cylinder head stated the parts were not the ones ordered.
Clearwater cylinder head did honor their warranty - even after i contacted the better business bureau and the dept of consumer affairs in florida - i spent over $4000 on installing and uninstalling the parts - which i paid about $800 for. I believe this company is a predator of internet consumers because we have no recourse since we're out-of state.
