About 2 months ago i had my trans mission repaired by speedy, they charged me 2485.00 to have this done... When i get the receipt all it says is torque converter and R&R... Less than a week later i take my car back to the shop to inform them it is not shifting correctly, they put my car on their computer and say its fine dont worry about it, did not even offer to take it for a test drive or anything
Now 2 days after this i had told them i would be taking a trip up to pennsylvania, the manager and tech their at the shop both said it would be fine... Well it wasnt 600 miles in the transmission died again
They say since i did not get the nationwide warranty that they would send the parts to the shop in south carolina but that i would have to pay the labor, now after spending 2485 on a job that i thoought was done right i didnt think i should have to cover any cost so i called speedys corporate offices... Well they call the shop and i got a very rude phone call from the shop manager... He was mad at me for turning him into his corprate... Well i finally realized that i was goiing to have to pay the labor if i wanted anything done so i told the shop in south carolina to go ahead and do the job... 1 month later i get a call from them basicly saying that speedy had not sent the parts and would not answer any phone calls
I started calling speedy at this point and the first call i had with them i got put on hold and hun g up on... Every call or em, ail since then has gone unanswered... To make a long story short i now have to shell out another 1800 to finally get my car back
