Long Distance Charges with an Unlimited Long Disstnce Plan?

This is actually the notice I delivered to AT T:

July 24

AT T Criticism Dept.

PO Box 989045

Sacramento, CA 95866

Dear Friend or Madam:

I'm writing to try and correct a scenario with this bill #xxxxxxxxxx. We were surprised to get a statement dated Jun 25 that involved $100.64 in long-distance costs. We attempted unsuccessfully to solve this through the phone call centre.

History

We requested the neighborhood and long-distance from AT T earlier in 2008. This support was to get a land-line in a brand new house we were finishing in Field Vista, CA. The program permitted for unlimited regional and long-distance calls.

Since it was a house that people were finishing, we requested a dial-up online sites for that area. We were mistaken and utilized a low-regional quantity for that dial-up. AT T delivered us a notice informing people we were in breach of the conditions of support. A telephone call to AT T restored our unlimited calling program. We changed to regional quantity in the checklist supplied by our ISP (Earthlink) to stay conformity using the conditions of support (approximately we believed).

We received another crime notice on May 8. I named the AT T help-line on May 13 to try and comprehend the problem once we believed we were achieving the conditions of support. It would appear that the amount we believed was nearby wasn't regarded nearby by AT T. We'd accidentally broken the conditions of support.By that point, we'd changed to some satellite internet supplier, therefore no further dial-up calls could be created. The owner advised me he was re instating our endless long-distance program. He explained it had been completed before we disconnected in the phone. At that time I anticipated that people were back again to the endless long-distance program.

I received our July statement to obtain the $100.64 for long-distance (billed at $. 10/second). The statement specifically claims that people are about the Endless Calling Select two strategy (on page-1 under ideas and solutions). On site 2, it's a section about “the ALL DISTANCE© support with endless domestic long-distance supplied by AT T lengthy Distance…”. Therefore, how do I be charged for long-distance when my very own statement specifically claims that I'm about the endless calling strategy?

After I called the help-line, I had been informed that I really could not need the endless calling strategy since I'd another violation. I increased the problem to some boss, Joshua Jackson. He explained exactly the same solution, which I really could not have that strategy again when I had two violations. I questioned why the statement claims that I've endless long-distance, however they bill me as though I don't. He just repeated that's was because of my violations. He couldn't describe why the statement claims that I'm about the strategy.

What're the correct treatments?

You will find two problems within this scenario that I'd like AT T to treat.

First, I had been informed by an AT T owner that people were back about the endless intend on May 13. We created long-distance telephone calls centered on that illustration by AT T. I don't think we're responsible for any long-distance calls from May 13 through nowadays, July 24. I'll be withholding that part of the cost on my statement.

Next, I'd prefer to be about the endless calling strategy, coordinating the declaration I obtained on May 13. This could subsequently complement my billing claims.

Your speedy decision of the scenario could be greatly appreciated.

Really,

Ted M. Odell
