I sent a set of Performance Wheels, hubs, pulley and rotor centers to be rechromed and were received by Pat Curran at American Revolution 3-3-08. All the items would have been there sooner but he had me ship the items to his old address. It cost me $18 more which he said he would take care of. Didn't happen!
After months of unanswered emails and voice mails I finally received the wheels and hubs 7-14. Still waiting for the pulley and rotor centers. I have left 3 voicemails, 3 emails and PM on 2 forums without any replies. The funny thing is before he got my money he would always return phone calls and answer emails. I haven't been able to speak to him since. He still has $1100 worth of items that needs to be returned.
This has been the worst consumer experience of my life. Not one ounce of customer service with this company.
