Service Tech not mechanically inclined and Poor Management & Service

On Friday July 11, I went to Kwik Kar, located at 5333 Matlock Rd, Arlington, TX, 76018 for an oil change and state inspection sticker. I was told my engine light was on and my vehicle failed the diagnostic testing. However, the service technician was unable to explain why. Riding in my vehicle, my engine light never came on. He advised me to take it to a mechanic. I went to the service dept at the Mazda Dealership @ I-20 and Collins, Arlington TX 76014 (817) 575-6000. The service technician, there advised me that my engine light was not on. She sent the car for a full diagnostic and as a result, I was told that Kwik Kar had to have left my engine running while performing my diagnostic, not to mention the service tech getting an engine light confused with a clock light and I thought I wasnt mechanically inclined. My vehicle's readings were reset and I was given an inspection sticker. After trying to resolve this matter with Kwic Kar to no avail. I was charged for a service that was not performed properly. If you have a problem with this location, please donot contact the owners they are just as rude and care nothing about customer service, its more about your money. Well, I chunked my $39.75 off as a lesson learned. I will NEVER take my car there again
