Just wanted to let you know... I myself have done business with this company and had to have an engine replacement for a 1992 Mercedes Benz 300SD that was $14000.
My car had had all the required maintenance as required by Mercedes Benz and stipulated in the Heritage contract.
My car had been dealer serviced by the first owner and I continued to have the car serviced (by the book) at my local Mercedes Benz dealer... I paid for the replacement out of my pocket (because heritage denied the claim) and then I took them to court... Heritage paid me monies that included all repair costs, attoneys fees and court costs, associated with the incident which happened approximately 2 years ago.
