One time membership fee of $39.95 is all that is obligated to the customer and they guarantee satisfaction. I went through the process of typing all my info in and then they confirmed my order and gave me a username and password
They make you type your username and password in twice in a row. They even explain that is how to log in... After going through the process a thousand times the "USERNAME IS NOT VALID".
Of course they have not a single number to call and their contact info is an email address. So far I have continued to wait for a response. NO LUCK! I used the last $40 I had for the month. Now what??
