Geico Geico won't settle claims fairly Macon GA

I have been a Geico customer for many years, insuring my vehicle, and recently made my first claim.in May, I was involved in an accident, my only vehicle was totaled, and I was injured. The accident happened while I was traveling out of my home state. My coverage includes medical and car rental. It has been almost 2 months since the accident, and so far, Geico has done absolutely nothing. They would not let me take a rental car out of state, so I couldnt get back home. They havent paid any of my medical bills. They havent canceled my policy and refunded the unused protion. I have asked them repeatedly to do these things, and I am totally ignored. I did get a verbal offer to settle on a ridiculously low amount for my totaled vehicle, which I refused to accept. I have repeatedly asked just what Geicos dispute procedure is, but, couldnt get any information. The adjuster, Tomeka Gallomore totally ignores me. Another Geico employee, B.J. Folsom told me that the value Geico placed on my car came their own exclusive company data base, a system called CCC. Geico does not accept information from any of the commonly used online systems like KBB, NADA, or Edmunds, which list much higher values. Then, last week, I received an Express Mail envelope from Geico.in it was a blank form, with a highlighted area for my signature. There was also a letter telling me to sign my name in the highlighted area, return the form, and they would send me a check. I phoned the person who signed the letter and asked about the blank form and the check. I was told that blank forms are standard for Geico, and that my signature means that I accept their settlement offer for my totaled car. I asked what Geicos dispute procedure is, once again. I was given the name and phone number of B.J. Folsoms supervisor, Kim Wilson, so I called her.

Ms Wilson was immediately rude, evasive, uncooperative, and kept trying to distract me away from my question. I repeatedly had to ask what the company dispute procedure was. At one point, she kept telling me to drive to a large city over 100 miles from my home, because I maybe I could get a comparable replacement vehicle there for the amount Geico was offering. I kept repeating my question, and finally Ms Wilson said I had to submit proof that their settlement was too low. I asked what Geico accepted as proof. After more evasiveness, she finally said proof might be a list of sales of comparable vehicles sold during the last 6 months, from a car dealer, no private sales. Then she said that Geico really wouldnt accept that anyway. Next, she that said I should accept their offer quickly because the value of my car was dropping, and they would begin lowering their offer.in other words, Geico does not pay fair settlements. Ms Wilson did say that when I do get another car, Geico would be happy to insure it for me.
