I was emailed several times after inquiring about the price to ship a car from san diego ca. To maryland. I was emailed several times by Barry asking when am i ready i finaaly choose advanced logistic becasue they were 50.00 cheape.
However after not calling me or the dealer ship i called and found out they were on the way to pick up the car they were supposed to give 24 hr notice the dealer was actually off and had to leave a meeting to get the car detailed. I called 2 days later to get an eta of my cars delivery they had no record of my car and told me 3 days in a row the computers were down this is pioneer shippping in california
I called the broker who then tells me im changing prices i said no the contract i sent stated $890 plus ny state taxes even though im in md 961.00 i said ok strike 2.
On monday a week later the broker who received a 200.00 down pmt via credit card tells me im sending your reciept it nows say $1205 pay to the driver.
I said no the contract said 961.00 and that what barry told me he stated im the boss andy weeler and this is the price pay it or we wont release your vehicvle i said this is poor business and totlly unprofessional he stated be nice to me i have your car if u dont pay we put it in storage 25.00 and im not giving it to you for a penny less!!
I called my attorney the bbb and the atrney generals office they have over 12 pendg complaints im taking legal action
