My wife who is injured and my 23 yr old daughter went there to see what her Acura was worth. My wife, who is on massive pain pills, was in pain and wanted to leave. They would not let her and kept telling her just 5 more minutes. My daughter is a college student. They took her 2004 Acura, that was paid off, and sold her a CRV with 430/month payments. The salesman made up the name of a company that my daughter, supposedly, works for and created her monthly income to justify her to the loan company.
I understand that it is the almighty dollar to these ruthless people but they have strapped her with payments for 5 years. She had an 04 that was paid off. I understand that she made a mistake going there in the first place but I could not do this to your daughter. The sad thing is the salesman still works there so apparently Honda condones this procedure. I will never own a Honda for as long as I live.
