I ordered a set of Bomz Racing Seats from these people back in early April. I got them in and they were horribly packaged. I took them out and each of them had damage to them. I took pictures of them on my digital camera. I called and spoke with their "customer service" person and he told me to call the factory from where they were shipped to get a Return Authorization. So I did and emailed the guy at Bomz Racing the pictures. He emailed me back saying that will not be a problem and asked if I would like to exchange them. I told him no that I just wanted to return them for credit and didn't want them any longer. I told him to send me a call tag for them and I will have them boxed up ready for them to be picked up. He told me to call the Hyperformance place and tell them what he was doing, (for some reason, I don't know why he didn't do it). So they said it would be a 20% restocking fee for returning them. I called B.S. On the deal right away and told them they were defective when they arrived. Then they said O.K. No problem. We will go ahead and do that for you when we hear the warehouse has gotten them back.
3 weeks later and still no credit. To make this rediculously long story short-er.
I got credit less the 20%. I am supposed to be getting full credit! I have now called them over a dozen times and have spoken to the same people and every time I tell them who I am and the order number it's like the first time they have ever heard of me or my problem. I did speak with the "Boss" back on June 13th and explained everything and he said that he would get it taken care of and that I would see the credit back on my card in 2 to 3 days. Guess what? It is now July 2nd and still no credit. I have tried getting a hold of him 4 more times since then and he is either sick or on vacation.By the way these people think the phone only works 1 way, so don't even bother leaving a message to have them call you back.
I have to call this guy back on July 8th in hopes to contact him again to get this resolved. I'm totally holding my breath that that is going to happen. I wish I lived down there so I could walk through their doors and confront them Man to Doush Bags.
Bottom Line, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. (SHOPHYPERFORMANCE.com) They may be cheaper but it just isn't worth it in the long run.
