Tuning Factory - Godspeed ripoff Car expect sold me a turbo that was defective and wouldnt credit me for it

I received a turbo that didn't fit my car, a WRX STI. I spent a week of sending Tuning Factory pictures of a turbo that didnt fit via email until told me there is a manufacturing defect. I tried to do an exchange with the Tuning Factory for a different turbo, to avoid the conflict of the loss of a sale, and just get a new turbo that fit my car. They told me if I do an exchange or credit they will charge me a 20 percent restocking fee, and on a 2000 dollar part 20 percent is a lot, just crazy on a DEFECTIVE PART. They agreed to do an exchange at my cost but it took over 4 weeks to do the exchange, which is when I started the dispute with the credit card company. There was no backorder on the replacement turbo like Dan at Tuning Factory said on the replacement turbo, the owner Dan just didnt want deal with me anymore. I found several other sources to buy them from who had stock, when Dan told me there is a national backorder. I was never informed of a restocking-fee when I placed the order. I even asked Dan if there is a restocking-fee if something does not fit and he told me there is no restocking if a part does not fit.
Dan is supposed to be the car expert since he sells car parts all day. I sent Dan several pictures of the installed part and he told me it does not look correct, and he doesn't know why it looks that way. I also talked to Jeff at Tuning Factory and he said he saw the pictures and something was wrong with fitment and position, and it was a defect in the manufacturing of the turbo. There is no explanation for why it would not fit my car other than a defect in the parts manufacturing.

So end of story is I sent the defective turbo back to Tuning Factory without an RMA. I then tried to get the money for the turbo from my credit card company Chase, by the way I no long own a Chase card. The credit card company gave me the money back right away, but a month later they talked to Dan at Tuning Factory and he told them there is nothing wrong with the turbo, no defect in manufacturing anymore like he said befure, and his written policy is to charge a 20 percent restocking fee on any return. Chase took his word over mine and only gave me back 1600 of the 2000 I was owed. I was sure the credit card company would have my back on this one since it was basically a fraudulent sale.
