Purchased Roketa moped 50cc, front wheel bearing failed after 35 miles. Repeated calls to customer no-service resulted in hours on hold, no call-backs and no resolution. Would ship it back if we could! This is after spending a month to get the title sent to us. We had to result to paying Fed-ex to have the title sent to us. Assembly instructions sent were terrible and we had to call for additional instructions. Very poor quality in customer service, and the product so far shows the same level of quality... Both very bad and we are upset!
