We are a motor sports dealership in Connecticut. We signed up with Tomali Scooters in California and purchased our first 6 Sorpion 200 c.C. Mini chopper motorcycles. Their website says that for security reasons, our titles and mso's would ship separately in 2 days. We immediately sold all 6 bikes (we had deposits on them before they came in). Withen 2 days, almost every bike had problems. Every chain broke, headlights buned out, shifter rods stripped and many others. But the most serious was when our customers gas tank welding broke while he was riding and the gas leaked on the exhaust and the bike went up in flames. We immediately contacted Tomali and they would not anwer the phones or emails. Now we are being forced to replace the bike and they won't warranty anything! We we contated the Attouney General's office and BBB in California, we got one run-around email from them and then no other help or communication from them at all. We have found out through our own investigative work that they don't even have a comapny, they are working through someone else's location and that they have many names. We'll update our report as soon as we find out more info, but beware of Tomali Scooters!!!
