I ordered and paid for two motor scooters on April 22nd. After several weeks the scooters did arive as advertised. That's where this saga starts. The website says they come with the MSO's which is like a title and is required to register them to use on the road. That is basically a lie.
It is now June 12th and after many unanswered emails, many weeks, and a lot of run-around I still do not have the MSO's.in one of the emails that was responded to I was told I would have them in a few days... That was a few weeks ago. Then in the other email that was responded to I was told they were sent out but to give them my full name, the date bought, and the VIN's. That was over a week ago and still no MSO's.
If you are thinking of buying from this company, you may want to look elsewhere. They have been very slow in responding to emails, and not truthful in their website advertising. I am very sorry I bought from them and have since contacted the friends I told to not buy from this company. I have also contacted all the agencies I could to report this situation.
