Bought a powersports product (dirt bike)... Engine cooked after 3 mos. My son changed oil more than ever recommended! He was proud of his 125cc. After 3 mos. Motor cooked... Called power max on or about 5/20 to inquire about the problem. I was told at that time to send motor to them, they would go over it and fix the problem as it was under warrantee (1 yr on engine) so a 68.00 shipping ups charge (they would pay return ship) and off it went... They received the engine on 6/05... Today I called to check the progress... Only to find out the # has been disconnected! I'm only guessing they have hauled *... Does anyone know what my rights are here? Better business?
