I bought a new motor scooter last year online through a company called All New Sports, based in Newton, Kansas. The scooter was priced right and shipping was included. I searched around the web for a better deal but could not find one. So I made my purchase. I was told the scooter would ship within 6 weeks. It actually took 9 weeks but what the heck.
After 6 months and 1,500 miles the motor bearing failed. I called All New Sports and was told that I would need to ship it back to them for a warranty repair at my cost. I took the motor to a local repair shop, they took the engine out, checked it and informed me of the bearing failure. It cost me $160.00 for the mechanic and $75.00 for shipping. I informed All New Sports the engine is on it way and faxed all the repair infromation to them. I was told it would about 30 days for the repair. OK, fair enough.
After a month I recieved very little follow up from them on my repair. I emailed and called several times and was told they we waiting for a part. After more time I still heard nothing. Then I recieved an email stating the engine was repaired and will ship out soon. Then i recieved a call from thier tech support people and was asked what is the problem with my engine! What??? I faxed that information, was told it was done and ready to ship but it turns out that my engine has been sitting thier for 2 months and nobody touched it!!! I am furious! That is absolutely insane!
Needless to say, I raised hell with them and express my dissatisfaction in very direct terms. I asked to speak to the owneer and was refused, saying that he does not talk to customers! That's even more insane! So far this warranty repair is costing me over $235.00 and I still have engine repair.
Right now, my engine is still sitting there finally getting service but the process to get it is far beyond what is reasonable for any customer.
Do not buy any motor product from all new sports! Never, never, never! They take your money and provide zero customer service.
