I finally took delivery of my 40ft gooseneck trailer 30 days late... The trailer was covered and dripping trans fluid as the delivery persons vehicle had leaked trans fluid all the way from arizona to my house... To this day the trailers finish is still stained from it...
First issue I had was the fridge was not cooling properly... I called Chuck at Mill trailers and was turned over to their warranty dept... I was told to take it to a certified Rv center which I did... The put a new cooling unit in the fridge but the tech told me that it was an improper design and would probably go out again... I relayed this to chuck who denied it... Also I told Chuck that there were several issue... The bathroom door hinges were installed improperly... The vent moulding in the back was falling down... The stereo was not working... He said to call warranty... I did and nothing happened... I was told warranty would call back... Still no call back so I called again...
After no reply the fith time I called Chuck at Mill trailers and told him that I wasnt getting anywhere... He told me that they had a new guy in warranty and that he would call me... He never did...
In the meantime During the winter the inside of the trailer was leaking down the sides of the walls... Just like a previous complaint on here... The water pump went out... After 5 stereos shipped from mill trailer (FINALLY) it Still doesnt work... And The Fridge still doesnt work right! I paid over 400000 for this??? I called Chuck again and first he tried to tell me my warranty was out... I found the documentation and discovered that yes it still was covered... I tried to call chuck back several times to address the issues and Never got past the Secretary... Chuck mysteriously was always on the lot... At lunch... Or at home... I gave up... I see where Mill trailers disputed the last person who wrote on here... Hey Bill or Chuck... You can bring your friggin microscope and go over this pile that you sold me... You will find NOTHING that I have done wrong to this trailer to abuse it... You want Pictures??? I will be more than happy to take pictures of your shoddy workmanship... This was one of the first trailers that you guys sold and it shows! I got ripped off for 40000 dollars... How do you guys sleep at night???
