The end of January I purchased a trailer manufactured by Vintage Trailers, Elkhart, Indiana. This is a 48 ft. Gooseneck cargo trailer with living quarters. $34,000.00 of pure crap!
Right away the front of the trailer outside near the bed was rippling on the sides. Screw heads were missing and started popping out or off. And water was streaming in through the screws everywhere down the walls in the living quarters. We can't put anything in the cabinets that can't get wet!!! And the 2 side doors won't work properly and the locks are rusted and won't work. Then the bottom of the trailer started sagging everywhere! Screws really were falling out and huge ripples and siding coming off of the frame!!! The running lights aren't working.
We paid for Zbart undercoating the bottom is rusting everywhere! The welds that we can see are mostly not complete. The back door is completely coming apart on one side. Vintage won't repair under warranty, frame is bent and failed. Don't by thier trailers!!! Total rip-off. I have pictures and I am not alone!!!
