This is short and to the point. I was with Don Medow Jeep on Ironwood and Lincolnway until Gurly Leep purchased them and all the repair records. I went where I was directed to go for my Jeep repair (2002 Grand Cherokee) A coolant light was on. They called me 2 hours later with a $3400 bill. As I said no no, the guy started coming down on the price. I was shocked. I finally just said, fix the thermostat, that's it. Took the Jeep to 2 other local shops, not a dealership. Neither of them found the problems that Gurly Leep did. They don't exist. I got all the work done that was needed - aside from the thermostat for $800 - none of which was Gurly's analysis. Those people do not understand customer service. Not only will I not return for repairs, but I will never buy a car from them. Did the guy just want me to pitch the car and buy a new one? That would be my guess.
