Dennis Dillon RV - Dennis Dillon Auto Park - Dennis Dillon Big Lot
"Where Orchard and the Freeway meet" Serious Rip OFF told me my USED car i bought from them dropped depreciation by over 10k in one year!?!

I am extremely angry with this company and worst of all I sent 4, yes 4 family members who also bought cars from them because of my word. We went through a rough spell like many others this last couple of years and our credit dropped from a 720 to a 520, yeah that bad. So we are trying to start over and rebuild. Our "dealer" told us to have a cosigner for a year then bring the car back in and they would trade it in on something bigger (more family sized) like I wanted in the first place. So I have to humiliate myself and ask my dad who agrees to cosign then they get my dad to sign without me? Saying it was cheaper and lower interest but it would help rebuild my credit because I was the one making the payment. So a year and a half pass and I think okay let's give it a try. I go in and they tell me if I am lucky my car is worth 11k this is a car I bought at over 23k and THEY financed it!

They do not tell you what the percentage rate is and only tell you payments. I do it thinking this is going to rebuild MY credit and help us out. I am paying 427 dollars a month (29.9% interest) which I found out AFTER I go to trade it in. Then they tell me that I need to understand that my used car depreciates an additional 2-300 per month along with my payment and my car is a Mitsubishi Eclipse GV and has all leather, loaded to the tilt, etc. I told him basically what your telling me is that you ripped me off and lied. That "one" of a kind and hard to get car, he is now tell me was a piece of junk with less than 28000 miles on it? But I could go ahead and keep this car and buy another one if I would like with only 1000 down because this one is in my dads name not mine. I actually considered this for a bit because I do have good income and I am trying to rebuild my credit, but then I came to my senses and ran with my money, save yourself folks don't do what I did. I have 3.5 years left to pay on a car my whole family can't fit in because this was such a "good deal".
