After searching the Internet for a used BMW, I came across a dealer called Diamond Remarketing. Between their website and Autotrader listing, they had what looked / looks like a great variety of cars with low miles and nice prices. Since I have been looking for a particular car, I knew what I wanted and probably knew more then many of the dealers / salesmen do.

After speaking with John Paul who said he was the owner, the manager and the salesman, here are the lies that were told and the walking of the line between truth and not the truth.
1. When asked about the CARFAX certification, he said, "absolutely."
When I questioned why the CARFAX that I purchased on my own, said the car was a Lemon Law / Buyback car, he said, "oh yeah, that car is a Buyback." I asked how a car can be CARFAX certified when it clearly has red flags all over the results page. He said that its Certified not to have been in an accident. I said " well then its not really certified because its a Lemon" He refused to give to the point and insisted it was a clean and clear report." NO WHERE on his website or Autotrader listing does it tell you that it is a Lemon. Actually, on his website, you will NOT find the VIN # for the car or any description of the car or a statement that you might be buying a Lemon Law Car. LIARS!!!
2. He was FAST to push the fact AFTER I exposed to him that the car was a Lemon Law car, that the AZ title would be clean. You could tell he was bragging about the fact that regardless of what I just learned on my own, that the "new" owner of the car will get a clean and clear title, not one that has a Lemon Law brand on it.
3. He then goes on with the lies after I ask about it being a "BMW Financial Lease turn in, direct in from lease to use his language." He says "oh yeah, its a lease turn in." I asked him how a Lemon Law car that was BOUGHT BACK can be turned in. He said " well how do you think they got the car back from the customer." I said " you gotta be kidding me, its NOT a lease turn in, no matter how you spin it." He says of course it is, the customer had the car and when they werent happy with the car during the lease, they turned it in.!!" I responded by reconfirming to him that that is NOT what the car was or is. The owner might have leased the car originally, but that it was not turned in, but rather GIVEN BACK!" HUGE DIFFERENCE and once again, A HUGE LIAR!!!
4. It is NOT coming from BMW Financial, the leasing and financial arm of BMW-NA. It comes from BMW NA, the Corporate side as I learned from a friend of mine. So the buyers of Diamond Remarketing cars think they are getting a leased car, turned in at " the end of their lease." NO THEY ARE NOT!!!
5.in the last line, he also states "DEALERS DISCLOSURE: All BMW Certified Pre Owned Warranties are scheduled from originating selling dealer. WARRANTY EXPIRES: " The problem is, as I have learned, is that ONLY franchised dealers can Create a CPO car, not an independent. The problem is, he does not tell you the truth on the ad, and only when you know more then the Average Schmo and ask the tough questions do you start to get the real skinny. He has NO CPO'ed cars, yet promotes them as such.
6. After digging into more of their inventory, a HUGE percentage of the cars are Lemons based on the CARFAX report.
I would say without question that the John Paul and whatever other "owners" there might be, are ABSOLUTELY selling Lemon cars under the pretense of them being GOOD, CLEAN CARS! They might be good. They might be clean. But they are not certified. They are not upfront and honest about them. THEY ARE NOT OFFERING UP THE TRUTH UNLESS YOU DIG DEEP.
You might get a clean title if and when you buy one of their cars, but you will have a DIRTY CARFAX and bad taste in your mouth about car dealers.in my opinion from this one call and from the other 2 postings about them is that they ARE slime balls. They are liars. And they ARE doing their best to pull one over on any unsuspecting customer that comes along.
