My car needed to be fixed to pass the smog check, i went to this place because they specialcied on that.
They told me the car will be ready the same day, then they took 3 days, and told me they were going to take it t a test only station, wich i realy did not wanted i wanted to do this my self, but they insisted so i finaly agreed.
When i showed up to pick up my car, it was not in the shop, they said it was in Chula Vista (about 20 miles from the shop) at a test only station, but they where having problems with the machine to get the certificate, at this point i said DO NOT TAKE IT TO THE TEST ONLY I WANT TO DO THIS IN PERSON.
I came back next day in the morning to get my car and they where worknig on it, i asked to get my car back right away but they refused to give it bck and told ther will be 5 more hours.
At this point i called the police, they came over and the insisted that i paid $125 wich i did because i wanted my car back.
But i got it back leaking oil and with the pins for the alarm broken, they removed something to clean it and when they put it back they where supposed to use new seals, but they used silicone and now i have to pay somebody that know what they are doing to fix what the broke, and that was not even the problem to begin with, i just needed a cataltic converter, and they took apart my engine just gussing what was wrong.
I also think they where going to do an illegal smog check on y car because whan i got it back it was still a gross polutter even more than when i droped it to be fixed, and it was supposed to be all done, the night before that is why they took it to the test only station, because thay have the machine to know if it will pass or not, why will they take it ti a tast only in Chula vista, if ther is one a block away from them?
