Jerry Browder & Joyce Holdren entered into a legally binding agreement on 5/16/08 operating an illegal and fraudulent Tire business at there place of residence @. The defendants agreeded to sale my 22" rims and tires for a commission of $100 and agreed to take full liabilty and responsibility for the safety and sale of my 22" Rims & Tires.instead the defendants Jerry Browder & Joyce Holdren sold the Rims & Tires for there own profits and pocketed the money for there own benefit. They get there customers from the internet, places such as Craigslist, Myspace etc. Both defendants Jerry Browder & Joyce Holdren are knowingly operating a Fraud Scheme within the County of Maricopa, State of Arizona. Jerry Browder also offered me G commonly know as Meth instead of the cash which is owed. I have a signed contract with him (Jerry Browder) and his live in girlfriend Joyce Holdren who signed the contract as a witness. Beware this is a fraud scheme!!! Dont become a victim like me!!!
