Arp Pocza They owe me a refund of $15,643.00. I had given the a $20,000 dollar deposit for product to make for me and I ended up ordering only $4,000 worth and they will not refund me the difference

I had given Royal Case a $20,000 dollar deposit to make a product for me. Randy Hames and Jack Brown told me that I did not have to pay for anything I did not take out of the warehouse.

I ended up order 1,200 pairs which I agreed to pay $3.25 per pair and Arp refuses to send me the difference. This happened in November.
