I went to this dealer where i bought my car to see my gf at the time because we were meeting up after she got off work. I figure while i was there, i'd make a service appointment for my car. But as usual, with the crummy service they have there, no one was around to assist me. When the assistant service manager, Dylan Medeiros, was available, he came up to me with his hand extended to shake mine, and i refused. (This guy is married, and his wife is pregnant, and he impregnated other girls, brings them to work and has his affairs there; talk about the "number one family owned and operated dealer").
When I refused to shake his hand, he went off on me, and at one point tried to hit me, but one of the salesman inside came out and stopped him. To make a long story short, i was asked to leave, and i did. But i came back and police were there. I got questioned and the whole 9 yards.in the end, i was slapped with trespassing and if i came there again, i'd be arrested.
The following Monday, I got in touch with the owner, and he told me that he has heard about the situation, and that he plans on doing nothing about it. So i proceeded to ask him if thats how he runs his company, with people like that service guy there that bring his extra marital affairs into the work place. And he said that he'll have nothing to do with it, and for me to take my car elsewhere. Then i asked him, how can he let one of his employees, try to hit a customer and get away with it. He had no answer. Unfortunately, for me... I came in for business, and left with a big headache. As a customer, I was robbed. I was cheated.
The salesmen who saw what had happened have sided with me. Everyone at the company knows that Dylan is a no good, low life, and is not a good worker with a bad temper. And unfortunately, he still works there. All i want is for my story to be heard, and if anyone is out to buy a new or used honda, pontiac, or any gmc with the sherwood name, or sheehan name, to boycott it. If you need your cars serviced, there are many places other places to go.
I believe i was not helped from the owner because i'm a minority. This incident has caused me to believe that the owner is a racist and a biggot. While the assistand service manager is aswell. They are both full of hate to foreigners and minorities. They will treat you like scum. They will throw any anger they have toward you. They're service facility is not that great anyway. I have taken my car 4 times prior to the incident, for the same problem. They lack skill and intelligence. If you ask the date, maybe Dylan will get so mad, he'll start cussing you out for a question like that.
Boycott Sherwoood/Sheehan dealers. If your a foreigner or minority, this is not where you want to take your car or even get one. Mothers and fathers, dont take your cars there, how can you when you have a man, his wife is pregnant, impregnates other woman, woman younger than 20 in that case. This is a sick individual; this is a sick organization. Boycott these people.
