A Car Insurance is a ripoff! Had full coverage on a car that we were still paying on. After the car got paid off, we requested to bump coverage down to liability only.
They told us liability coverage would kick in effective the day of request but we still had to pay the full coverage amount WHILE THEY PROCESS THE PAPERWORK FOT UP TO TWO MONTHS.
Oh yeah, they also told us the same day that if we got into any wrecks after the date of request, insurance would only cover liability. WHY pay the full coverage amount? Shouldn't the liability coverage kick in AFTER the processing of papers? What kind of crap is this?
