I decided to try new AutoIns., get my new car and opened Esurance account with just OK rate of 421 6 months. They asked me to fax my prior Ins proofe which I did in 2 days and called them to verify it.in 3 week I received new ploicy of 737 saying they never received my old insurance papers, I called them again they actually found my fax and told me they will fix it with in 3 days. 3 days gone and nothing done. On a 4 day I just called AllState get even better quote of 325$ stoped my esurance policy they charged m e 50$ fee (never saw this in my contract, but AMEX card will take care of this problem). Point is this company have a maximum of 2-3 more years to live it will die with all those review its getting. Stay away and get a real Ins. Comapany with normal Cservice and known history.
