Promised a refund on warranty after selling car, Very EMPTY Promise! Have never seen it

This company assures you that if you sell or trade your car they will refund what is left of the price you pay for your extended warranty (approx. $2000.) You will never see it. They run you around on the phone, have you write letters, call several different offices and still you get NO refund. Why keep lying about the refund, just say it! You get Nothing!!!
