Key Protection Group (they have several differnt names) If this warranty company will not send a copy of the contract to review DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! When they tell you that there is a 100% refund they lied to you!
I will say that the warranties they sell do have 30 days to cancel policy, GOOD LUCK! You will keep being put into their voice mail and when the 30 days are up you may get a call back then.
Usually people get so aggravated in trying to cancel they just cancel their credit card and hope for the best. DON'T GIVE UP!!! What you need to do is contact the credit card company and dispute the charges, you are protected by your credit card company!
By disputing the charges, the credit card company will start an investigation, and the company that collects the money will not fight it. They WILL REFUND ALL YOUR MONEY!!!
These companies also sell what they call a product warranty, UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL THE RECORDS OF SERVICE AND I MEAN ALL THE RECORDS FROM THE 1ST DAY you bought the vehicle NEW not USED the likelyhood of the repair being covered is so slim, you would be better off putting money aside each month for repairs. And lets not for get that the payout on these types of plans is so small that if the repair is more than the value of your vehicle, WILL ONLY RECIEVE the book value of your vehicle.
