I ordered a C & L intake for my brother-in-law. There website said that it was available for a v6 Mustang without a tune. After two weeks of calling them to find out why they hadn't shipped it, they finally did.
When I went to install it I didn't notice anything different about this intake to see why it didn't need a tune. I called C & L, and they said that RPM's website is incorrect, and that does need a tune. C & L notified RPM Outlet that their website was wrong, and they changed it the next day.
I have made several phone calls and requests to return it and have either been ignored or told no. I would not have ordered it if it was listed right in the first place. It was entirely their fault, and now I am stuck with it. C & L cannot even get hold of them and can't help me either.
I have started a website to warn others before it is too late.
