I do not work in any way, shape, or form for Dr. Bandy, I am a return patient of Dr. Bandy's. Dr. Bandy is an incredibly gifted surgeon. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Timothy Lim. He disfigured me to the point that I was considering suicide. Dr. Bandy repaired his mess and I have come back to her for more work. Also, Erica is the nicest person in the world, she is never rude.
Dr. Bandy is pricey but you get what you pay for. The woman who is complaining probably owed the office money in some way. Dr. Bandy sends you home with anit - embolisim trousers to stop DVP. You are required to leave a $500 deposit with the office and bring the stockings with the pneumatic inflation device back on your first post-op appointment. You sign that you will bring them back. They are expensive and "I forgot" is not an apropriate answer. That is just one of the possible scenairos which could have caused Monique to owe Dr. Bandy money.
In conclusion Dr. Bandy will be my surgeon (as long as she will put up with me) forever. Trust me I really have been a pain in the ass to Erica, Robin and especially Dr. Bandy and she is still a kind, reassuring, competent surgeon. I have recommended her to several of my close friends and I will continue to.
By the way I have rhino and septoplasty with her on the 27th of Feb., six day away.
