This Finance company is the worst. I wish I didn't have to deal with them any more. I can't deffered my payment they won't change my due date. They rather call me a million times a day because I can't help but to make my payment 15 days after the due date. They are rude, disrespectful and when I tried to get to a supervisor they put me on hold and then hang up on me. They always want my work number or a number for a friend. But I refuse to give it to them because they have no business harrassing any one else. I Hate Them! And Wish I could do something about how they treat customer because they have reason to be that way. And now reading the other reports everything makes sense.
I filed a complaint with the better business bureau in Denver hoping they can help. No One Should be Treated this way. They should be SUED and If I had the money I would.
Anyone who has time file a complaint with the BBB online its fast and easy and maybe the more complaints about customer service will help us. Maybe some one will do something.
I will file a complain every month if I have to. They have no right to treat people like they do.
