This company charged my account without my authorization. I have filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). If anyone else would like to do the same here is the necessary information. (I recommend you do so this company will recieve more negative attention than they can handle.)
Go to www.bbbnebraska.org click on file a complaint at the bottom of the page click where it says click here.
The company name is Vertrue Inc. And the phone number is (402) 661. Click on Vertrue Inc. Then fill out your complaint. I had a long conversation with one of the executives at Vertrue AKA Adaptive Marketing and she insisted that i knew exactly what I was agreeing to (memberships) and would not refund my money. She also stated that Vertrue Inc. Is a member of the Better Business Bureau.
I checked online and what do you know. The company is in fact NOT a member of the BBB. There is no need for this company to be in business if they are going to continually treat people like this!
